The BS6 compliant Honda Jazz 2020 is now available and is offered in three variants that are; V, VX and ZX. This hatchback has been a popular one and the booking for it have already opened earlier this month. Not a lot has changed from its previous variant of the Honda Jazz, but there is no denying the few visible notable changes.
The Honda Jazz is powered by a 1.2L i-VTEC petrol engine that produces a power of 89bhp and torque of 110Nm. The two transmission types available are the 5-speed manual transmission and the CVT option. The body of this hatchback gets new LED headlamps with DRL’s that are complimented by the high gloss black grille with chrome accents in the front of the Honda Jazz. The rear has been changed slightly as well. LED fog lights along with the distinctive LED wing light on the rear have also been added.
The Honda Jazz gets the option of the one-touch electric sunroof. Some other specifications that have been introduced in this hatchback include push start/stop button and cruise control added to the manual transmission.
The Honda Jazz 2020 is priced starting at Rs 7,49,900. The customers can pay a token amount of Rs 21,000 either online at Rs 5000 or at the authorized dealerships in order to book this hatchback.

Hyundai is teasing its admirers with glimpses and sneak peaks of the new Kona and the first ever Kona N Line SUV’s. From the little that Hyundai has revealed, its evident that the New Kona is sportier, while the Kona N Line is the newest entry in the Hyundai Family.
The Hyundai Kona electric SUV gets a bigger structure and an almost shark inspired front that makes it look classier. The DRL has been changed as well giving it a unique shape that does look very distinctive and futuristic. The bumper on this compact SUV makes for a protective front to the body.
The Kona N Line gets a more aerodynamic structure and a more boisterous body shape. The bumper and the low set air intakes make the front make the personality look almost combative. The fins on the corner and the crease lines compliment the front of the body.
From what has been revealed, both these cars are sure to grab attention and more details on them are awaited.

Honda recently launched its fifth generation City in India and that included new updates and features. In the August of 2019, Honda sold around 1593 units of the City and in the August of 2020, we see a rise in sale to 2299 units. Hyundai on the other hand sold 1597 units of the Verna in the August of 2019 and 2015 units in the August of 2020. Maruti Suzuki had sold 1597 units of the Ciaz in August 2019 and in the August of 2020, it sold around 1223 units, resulting in a 23% drop in sales.
The other cars that were being sold were Toyota that sold 438 units of the Yaris, Volkswagen that sold 172 units of the Vento and Skoda that sold 697 units of the Rapid.
Honda is topping the charts when it comes to the highest sedan sales. But what is also worth mentioning is that, sedan car sales on an average have gone down since the past few years. Honda City has been extremely popular and therefore, the sales have stayed somewhat maintained. Honda City competes with the Hyundai Verna and the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz. But it will be interesting to see the way the all new Honda City performs. It is a high probability that the sales in Honda City purchases will increase in the months to come only because of the love and dedication it has received in the Indian Automobile market in the past.
